What is the return policy?
We do not offer any returns/exchanges. However, we do offer buy-backs at a depriciated price.
If there are any issues with the watch, we will try our best to help, however, it may not always be possible.
Are our watches authentic?
We sell seiko mods.
This means that we use the same NH35 Seiko movement but we customise the brcaelet and dial with options that seiko doesn't always offer.
An example of this is our oysterflex daytona which seiko doesnt offer, therefore, we make them from scratch.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. It usually takes 14-20 days for the order to be made and shipped to the customer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. It will cost £5-£15 depending on the service requested.
